  • In its original packaging, including all original tags, labels, and accessories.
  • Free from any damage, odors, or signs of wear.
  • Accompanied by the original proof of purchase (e.g., order number, receipt).

Please note that certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Health and personal care items (e.g., certain beauty products, intimate apparel)
  • Downloadable software products
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"

3. How to Initiate a Return

  4. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund if we provide a return label. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Refund Processing Times

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the item(s) and adherence to our return policy.

  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5-10 business days.
  • Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account. If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or bank.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or a different product, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We may request photos of the damaged or incorrect item to help us resolve the issue efficiently. In such cases, Black bolt will cover the return shipping costs and either send a replacement item or issue a full refund.
